We had some down time this morning and we apologize for that. The outage lasted approximately 45 minutes. We identified the problem and have fixed it. One of our core power distribution units failed, knocking out the better portion of our hardware. This is the first time we experienced this and are adding redundancy to ensure this does not happen again. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to a great month of June!

Sadly, what I call the “irrelevant ads problem” is coming back from time to time… is this related to server issues ?

The default ads (whats hot on ebay) will only show if your site gets less then 1 visitor every 10 minutes or if there is no items in eBays inventory that match your keyword set. If you want to email support someone will help you narrow down your issue.
Well, I experienced the default ads last time there was an outage (a couple weeks ago?)
Once things were back to normal system-wise all was good.

When will you make more ad formats?
Once in a while I will get ads that are “pornographic”- women in bikinis, seductive poses, etc. Although the text says something else, the picture is of that… is there a way you can be more rigid on this? How do we report it?
